Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop an extensive working knowledge of our Production Software system.</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues reported by end-users and provide solutions.</li><li>
Assist with the configuration of Production Software, as well as updating settings, services, items, etc. as needed.</li><li>
Assist with analysis of raw data from various sources to ensure compliance with established data standards.</li><li>
Provide software training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and onsite training.</li><li>
Develop training materials for Production Software implementation.</li><li>
Participate in the branch implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Attention to detail</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>
Critical thinking / Problem solving</li><li>
Experience with various ERP or CRM applications a plus</li><li>
Previous experience using Aspire or ComputerEase preferred</li></ul>

What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Under the supervision of the Account Manager: plan, schedule, and implement the tasks of a field crew. These activities must result in compliance with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.</li><li>
Supervising landscape installation / construction activities of the crew, ensuring consistent quality for our clients, and that crew members are operating safely at all times.</li><li>
Assist the Account Manager with enhancing landscapes of clients by offering appropriate additional services.</li><li>
Coordinating with branch management, customers and other employees as needed.</li><li>
Interact on a regular basis with assigned Yellowstone Landscape clientele, through verbal and written communications.</li><li>
Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>
Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscape installations, construction or related services</li><li>
Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership of responsibilities</li><li>
Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings</li><li>
Must be able to operate Bobcat and mini excavator</li><li>
Pro-active attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic</li><li>
Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus</li><li>
Clean driving record</li><li>

Landscape Superintendent

<div>Our growing company is seeking dedicated, dependable Landscape Laborers to work safely in the field. As a landscape professional, you will work alongside other crew members, receive direction from a Crew Leader and all report to an Account Manager. 
What would my responsibilities be?<ul><li>Ensure the turf is trimmed.</li><li>Beautify properties by pulling weeds, watering, removing trash, trimming, edging, pruning, hedging, and blowing leaves and debris using different pieces of landscape equipment.</li><li>Keep trucks and equipment clean and in working order.</li><li>Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective -Equipment (&ldquo;PPE&rdquo;).</li><li>Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner.</li></ul>
