Job Summary: As a Design Consultantyou will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet client needs and exceed their expectations. You will oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality designs, timely delivery, and effective team coordination. You will also be responsible for site visits to monitor progress, conduct design checks, and supervise junior team members.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.&middot; Preparing and drawing plans for each client&rsquo;s unique space.&middot; Develop creative and functional interior designs, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.&middot; Prepare detailed design mood boards, and 3D renderings for client approval.&middot; Creating and showcasing 3D models of buildings or spaces being designed.&middot; Putting together full floor plans to illustrate how a new design will integrate into an existing space.&middot; Conduct regular site visits to review design progress and ensure that the project is being executed according to the approved design plan.&middot; Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure design accuracy and resolve any on-site issues.&middot; Oversee measurements, layout adjustments, and ensure timelines are met for on-site implementation.&middot; Collaborate with other teams (e.g., contractors, engineers, vendors) to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.&middot; Assist and prepare in Project BOQs.&middot; Lead and mentor junior designers and team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback on design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations.&middot; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting designs and updates, discussing revisions, and ensuring client satisfaction.&middot; Regularly update client on the project progress.&middot; Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.&middot; Prepare detailed design documentation, including sketches, CAD drawings, specifications, and material lists.&middot; Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and project-related communication.&middot; Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.&middot; Any other task as deemed fit by the management within the skills of a design consultant.Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Design Consultant, with a portfolio of completed projects.</li><li>Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering).</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and teams.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate junior team members while maintaining a collaborative environment.</li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,033.33 - &#8377;28,287.11 per monthWork Location: In person
