 Qualifications
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. &bull; Minimum of 8&ndash;10 years of experience in business development and sales within the energy sector, preferably with a focus on the African market. &bull; Engineering background, preferably in renewable energy systems or energy technologies. &bull; Strong understanding of African market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business practices. &bull; Excellent communication, business development, and negotiation skills. &bull; Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning and performance optimization. &bull; Excellent command of English is required; French is preferred. &bull; Based in Ankara, Turkey. &bull; Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Africa (no travel restrictions).
