Position Summary</b></div><div>
We are seeking a full‑time Systems Engineer to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments while resolving complex technical issues.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee development and maintenance of systems</li><li>
Analyze and make recommendations regarding technical direction by identifying client needs</li><li>
Translate between clients&rsquo; needs and the actual applications
</li><li>Ensure system security standards are implemented
</li><li>Windows Server deployment</li><li>
M365 support and deployment</li><li>
Oversee maintenance of backup solutions</li></ul><div>
</div><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
8+ years&rsquo; experience working in an information technology setting (MSP experience preferred)
</li><li>Proven experience of Microsoft Windows Server, including SQL Server</li><li>
Proven experience with working in a virtualization environment. (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)</li><li>
Disaster recovery experience and strong understanding of security, threat detection, prevention and remediation</li><li>
Knowledge of emerging technologies and initiatives</li><li>
Ability to seek supplementary knowledge and understanding of systems support</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues outside of your knowledgebase</li><li>
Demonstrate problem solving strategies and practical knowledge</li><li>
Ability to work effectively with clients</li><li>
Proficient in IT security
</li><li>Proficient in backup technologies and concepts surrounding backups including replication</li><li>
Experience working with and managing a workload which is distributed across multiple teams and departments</li><li>
M365 experience, including migration, setup, and management</li></ul><div><b>
