 Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

 Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division&rsquo;s objectives.

 Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department&rsquo;s workforce forecasts.
 </li>

 Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.

 Plans to ensure end goals are met and NCL is maintained/ achieved as per requirement.

 Ensures NPA&rsquo;s of the region are kept at minimum trigger levels.

 Overlooks and manages complete overview of Agency Management

 Works in close collaboration with Business and support team for speedy Redressal of all issues.

 The incumbent will be responsible to work closely with legal counsel, various levels of management on sensitive collection situations

 Gathers information about competitor policies and defining suitable collection policy&amp; trigger mechanism for catering to target customer from a regional perspective.

 Develops a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in the department and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the team.

 Develops talent within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.

Area Manager Product and Portfolio

 To manage the sales for the suite of Cash Management products across the spectrum of Bank&rsquo;s client basis location, across specific Business verticals
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet the agreed revenue targets (liability &amp; fee), associated throughput and acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the TBG management revenues
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet and service CMS &amp; Capital Markets related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross-sell/increased share of wallet, to maintain highest service delivery standards/VOC scores

 Ensure the steady flow of, Cash management &amp; Capital Market business and meet agreed revenue targets and CASA targets
 </li>

 Meet agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure client servicing is appropriate and utilization levels &amp; CASA throughput are consistently maintained at a high level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate and implement processes for specific Cash Management &amp; Digital Banking transactions wherever applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly liaise with internal and external contacts to promote banks CMS &amp; Capital Markets services business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote CMS products
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Traditional CMS products and Digital CMS products including API Banking.

 Ensuring timely deal updation &amp; Call logging of meeting Status.

 Coordinating on aspects related to risk management and adherence to policies, framework defined by the bank and in particular relating to transaction banking group, further to be cautious before executing deals in ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines.

 Essential: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field

 Essential:
 
 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in Cash Management Sales or Product/Program Management with at most being in a Corporate Banking / Servicing environment. Moderate product knowledge and market understanding of Cash Management Products.
