 Role Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Medium Enterprises (ME) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of clients with turnover ranging from ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr, maintaining portfolio hygiene, and actively engaging in cross-selling financial products.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-bank (NTB) clients in the medium enterprise segment with turnover between ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr. Identify opportunities through market intelligence, references, and industry networking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with the existing client portfolio. Regular engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes for new and existing clients. Evaluate risk and structure proposals in line with bank&rsquo;s credit policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sanction Process &amp; Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and ensure alignment with product offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation, and monitoring of early warning signals. Maintain high asset quality and minimize delinquencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities across products like trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions.

 Desired Candidate Profile

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

 3&ndash;4 years of experience in corporate/SME/ME banking.

Relationship Manager

 Managing the North India portfolio for NBFC, MFI and Capital Markets segment including assets as well as liabilities business. Also AD/FFMC fee income business for North Region.

 Identify fee income &amp; lending opportunities across the above IFI segments

 Manage a 3 member team and guide them in CAM preparation/ finalization &amp; operational activities
 </li>

 Liaise with risk team on finalization of the credit proposals and present proposals to the respective Committees for approval

 Liaise with internal teams for documentation &amp; execution of transactions and ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients in timely manner

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The position is responsible for handling Pan-India Collections for all products under the Micro Enterprises Banking (MIB) segment. The person will be responsible for ensuring delivery of key performance parameters like credit losses, delinquencies, and other P &amp; L parameters. The person will also be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and effective collections processes and foster a culture of customer service in the collections team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and implement agile, scalable collection strategies for MIB Segment (both secured and unsecured).
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product, credit, and analytics teams to fine-tune customer segmentation and risk triggers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department&rsquo;s workforce forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key metrics such as delinquency trends (DPD buckets), collection efficiency ratios, roll forwards, and cure rates (Out of 30+).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive proactive interventions in high-risk segments through data-led insights and dynamic resource allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with Business &amp; Credit Teams on the Early warning systems (EWS) Triggers and working on a timebound plan for exit or improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and lead a high-performing pan-India in-house collections team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance and compliance of the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive strong field productivity through KPI-based performance frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to RBI&rsquo;s Fair Practices Code and the bank&rsquo;s code of conduct for collections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address escalations and grievances in a structured and timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure zero tolerance for misbehavior, coercive tactics, or reputational risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure minimal attrition.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Essential:
 
 Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Preferred:
 
 Minimum of 20 years of experience in collections, with at least 5 years in MSME Segment or related segments in a private sector bank or NBFCs.

 iv) Analyzing legal issues related to statutory and regulatory risks/compliances and providing advisories/recommendations to business teams.
 
 
 v) Tracking and updating laws, rules and regulations, relevant to the Bank&rsquo;s business and policies.
