As a member of the YETI Industrial Design Team, this successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the YETI brand, a willingness to learn, and working knowledge of what it takes deliver great design. The Industrial Designer will champion industrial design efforts of new YETI products through understanding consumer wants and needs, creative problem solving, and communicating their ideas with the larger organization. A high level of teamwork and collaboration is paramount to the success of our organization, &ldquo;No One Succeeds Alone!&ldquo;</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Lead industrial design efforts through all phases of the design and development process</li><li>Analyze and translate consumer insights into tangible YETI design solutions</li><li>Conceptualize compelling ways of providing new value and innovation for our customers and end users</li><li>Develop competitive product evaluations and benchmarking</li><li>Maintain and develop brand identity via the established YETI visual design language</li><li>Guide design intent from initial concept through production</li><li>Contribute to building the Design program through creation of global design and outdoor industry trend reports inspired by immersive experiences and/or independent research</li><li>Influence studio design outcomes through mentoring junior staff and educating cross-functional partners</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
Qualifications and Attributes:</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in industrial design</li><li>At least 4 years&rsquo; experience in industrial design and development of commercialized consumer products</li><li>Ability to travel internationally ~1x per year</li><li>Engaging story telling ability through 2D sketching and 3D physical and virtual modeling</li><li>Proficient in Solidworks 3D CAD modeling. Advanced surfacing and assembly a plus</li><li>Rendering and animation skills; Key Shot preferred</li><li>Advanced Adobe CS skills</li><li>Rapid prototyping and finishing experience</li><li>Strong communication, Storytelling, organization, presentation and collaboration skills</li></ul>
Strong creative thinking, and problem-solving skills<br>
<ul><li>A deep understanding of the product development process</li><li>Experience working with global manufacturing partners</li><li>Personal interest and experience with outdoor pursuits is a huge plus</li></ul><div></div><div>

 Join YETI&rsquo;s award-winning Creative Studio team as a Brand Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting effective and visually striking communications for both external and internal audiences. You will collaborate closely with the Creative team, Brand Marketing, and e-Commerce to nurture and inspire brand love, as we continue to expand our reach.

  <li>
   Work with team members to establish and determine the conceptual and design direction of YETI&rsquo;s branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives
  </li>
  <li>
   Brainstorm, concept, collaborate, comp, and present innovative and exciting creative that garners buy-in while achieving measurable results
  </li>
  <li>
   Create strategic marketing assets for brand marketing projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns (emails, social &amp; performance media, Y.com content, etc.), retail displays, print advertising, and video content
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain and uphold the YETI Brand in all in-house creative work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of collaboration and a positive attitude
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up to date with branding and advertising trends across all mediums
  </li>
  <li>

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, or equivalent expertise is strongly preferred
  </li>

   A minimum of 2 years of experience in a collaborative advertising and/or marketing design role
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience concepting and executing holistic campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in digital marketing/advertising
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in Figma
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to learn new software, as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in digital, and social marketing/advertising
  </li>
  <li>
   Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
  </li>

   Ability to prepare, present, and sell creative ideas
