Greetings,Are you currently a Teacher looking for something fun to do on the weekends and help out a community youth organization while making extra money on the weekends. Youth For a Better America is a youth employment program that hires teenagers to be junior salesman and they learn communication, salesmanship and entrepreneurship skills. We set them up to work malls, stores, and vendor events on weekends. (Must be available on Fridays)We are looking for Teachers or TA's to supervise the teens as they conduct sales at Vendor Events this upcoming fall/holiday season. The teens are already trained and know how to sell and we just need someone to supervise them during the sales events. This role is for someone who enjoys and has experience working with teens and want to volunteer for our company.Job Duties are as follows:- Supervise teenagers working at vendor events- Setup items on the vendor table for the teens to sale- Encourage and motivate teenagers throughout the day- Replenish teens with inventory as the sales get low throughout the day- Pay the teens at the end of the day- Breakdown the vendor table at the end of the day```Requirements```***MUST BE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS****-Experience working with teenagers- Enjoy working with the youth and teens- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teens and customers- Background in the education field is desirableThis position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the youth.
