Job description:Pink Pink Tea Shoppe(Hillsdale Shopping Center) is now hiring for Barista positions!Full-time and part-time positions available. Preferred shifts:<ul><li>Day shift: 11:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>Evening shift: 4:00 PM &ndash; 8:30 PM</li><li>Full-time: 12:00 PM &ndash; 8:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)</li></ul>Availability must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.ResponsibilitiesBarista<ul><li>Make delicious drinks correctly, quickly and efficiently</li><li>Carefully take orders using the Point of Sale system</li><li>Follow food safety and health guidelines, including wearing a mask and eye protection at all times while working</li><li>Be a team player, multi-task, assist co-workers and perform additional duties per a supervisor or manager</li><li>Clean equipment, mop floor, take out recycling, and other sanitation duties</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience required(more than 1 year)</li><li>Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Committed to stay employed with us for at least 6 months</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States &amp; successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire</li></ul>Pay Rate<ul><li>$19-$22/hr</li></ul>Benefits :<ul><li>Health Insurance (Full-Time)</li><li>401(k) (Full-Time)</li><li>Sick Leave (Full-Time/Part-Time)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedules</li><li>Opportunities for Career Advancement</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
