We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, AI tools, content creation, and online community engagement. 
Your primary responsibility will be helping turn client success stories and company initiatives into engaging social media content while also helping coordinate and track content activity across our internal team and ambassador network. 
This role is part content creator, part community manager, part project coordinator.

You'll help ensure:

<li>reporting and accountability stay organized</li>
</ul>
You'll work closely with marketing, leadership, video editors, designers, ambassadors, and clients to help keep everything moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation &amp; Social Posting
<ul>
<li>Turn client interviews and video testimonials into:</li>
<li><ul><li>social posts</li>
<li>captions</li>
<li>quote graphics</li>
<li>thumbnails</li>
<li>transcripts</li>
<li>short-form clips</li>
<li>carousels</li>
<li>LinkedIn posts</li>
<li>YouTube descriptions/titles</li>
</ul></li><li>Publish and schedule content across:</li>
<li><ul><li>Facebook</li>
<li>Instagram</li>
<li>LinkedIn</li>
<li>TikTok</li>
<li>YouTube</li>
<li>Threads</li>
<li>X/Twitter</li>
</ul></li><li>Maintain organized content calendars and publishing schedules</li>
<li>Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets</li>
</ul>
2. AI-Assisted Content Production
<ul>
<li>Use AI tools such as:</li>
<li><ul><li>ChatGPT</li>
<li>Claude</li>
<li>Gemini</li>
<li>Perplexity</li>
<li>Canva AI</li>
<li>CapCut</li>
<li>other AI-powered creative tools</li>
</ul></li><li>Create graphics, thumbnails, captions, summaries, and post variations using AI</li>
<li>Build efficient workflows for scaling content production</li>
<li>Stay current on emerging AI content tools and trends</li>
</ul>
3. Community Management &amp; Brand Monitoring
<ul>
<li>Monitor social platforms for:</li>
<li><ul><li>brand mentions</li>
<li>client mentions</li>
<li>engagement opportunities</li>
<li>comments and conversations</li>
</ul></li><li>Help engage with the community across platforms</li>
<li>Surface client wins, testimonials, and noteworthy moments to the marketing team</li>
<li>Help strengthen relationships within the Ylopo community</li>
</ul>
4. Ambassador Coordination &amp; Accountability
<ul>
<li>Work alongside Ylopo ambassadors, influencers, and internal contributors</li>
<li>Help ensure agreed-upon content is being posted consistently</li>
<li>Track posting activity and participation</li>
<li>Follow up with ambassadors and team members when deliverables are missing</li>
<li>Maintain organized reporting around participation and activity levels</li>
<li>Help coordinate collaborative content initiatives across teams</li>
</ul>
5. Reporting &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Track social performance metrics and engagement trends</li>
<li>Help identify which content formats are performing best</li>
<li>Organize reporting dashboards and posting accountability</li>
<li>Help leadership understand:</li>
<li><ul><li>what's working</li>
<li>what's underperforming</li>
<li>where opportunities exist</li>
</ul></li><li>Ensure projects and campaigns stay on track</li>
</ul>
Requirements

Must-Have Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms</li>
<li>Experience growing and managing social accounts</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for content creation</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously</li>
<li>Ability to work quickly and efficiently</li>
<li>Strong follow-through and accountability skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with residential real estate industry trends and terminology</li>
<li>Team-oriented and easy to work with</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience editing short-form video content</li>
<li>Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools</li>
<li>Experience with social scheduling/reporting tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with influencer or ambassador coordination</li>
<li>Understanding of viral/social-first content strategies</li>
<li>Experience repurposing content at scale</li>
