What You&rsquo;ll Do:</h3><ul><li>
Manage new hire setup: gather and verify documentation, ensure compliance with YMCA policies and legal requirements</li><li>
Coordinate onboarding with local Y's and internal departments (HR, Program Staff, etc.)</li><li>
Act as the go-to contact for new hires, providing clear guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records</li><li>
Help identify and resolve any issues related to the onboarding process</li><li>
Support efforts to recruit and onboard diverse, mission-aligned team members</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Prior experience in onboarding, hiring, HR, or administrative support is preferred</li><li>

Experience supporting onboarding or hiring processes, preferably with part-time staff</li><li>
Previous work in a nonprofit or community-based organization is a plus</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team</li><li>
Familiarity with HRIS systems or digital onboarding platforms is helpful</li><li>
