Our services include website development, digital marketing, automation systems, technical support, and digital display technologies designed to help businesses improve visibility and customer engagement.We work with businesses across industries such as healthcare, restaurants, retail, professional services, and local service providers to help them build a strong online presence and scalable digital operations.As we continue expanding across the United States, we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Business Development Associate to help identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.Position OverviewThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play an important role in identifying and connecting with small and mid-sized business owners who may benefit from YoWill Infotech&rsquo;s technology and digital marketing services.This role focuses on researching potential clients, performing basic analysis of their digital presence, and conducting outreach through email and phone calls to introduce YoWill Infotech&rsquo;s services and schedule consultation meetings.The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners, organized in managing leads, and motivated to generate business opportunities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and research small and mid-sized businesses across the United States that may benefit from digital technology and marketing services.</li><li>Conduct basic analysis of a company&rsquo;s digital presence, including their website, search visibility, and social media activity.</li><li>Reach out to potential clients through outbound emails and phone calls.</li><li>Introduce YoWill Infotech&rsquo;s services including website development, digital marketing, automation solutions, and technology support services.</li><li>Schedule discovery calls and consultation meetings with prospective clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads using the company&rsquo;s CRM system.</li><li>Follow up with potential clients and maintain professional communication.</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to support sales initiatives and client acquisition strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers</li><li>Ability to conduct online research and analyze potential business opportunities</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups</li><li>Experience with CRM systems is a plus</li><li>Experience in digital marketing, technology services, or B2B sales is an advantage but not required</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Lead generation and outbound sales</li><li>Business communication and relationship building</li><li>Market research and business analysis</li><li>CRM and sales pipeline management</li><li>Professional phone and email outreach</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position based in the United States.
