PMO Specialist + Business Analyst &ndash; Drug Launch Programs (Pharma)Job location: India (Remote)&quot;Please apply only if you have experience in pharmaceutical companies, particularly in drug launch processes.&quot;Key Responsibilities-:&middot; Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and templates.&middot; Establish best practices for project execution, monitoring, and reporting.&middot; Standardize and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency across teams.&middot; Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking project progress and performance.&middot; Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership to provide insights on project health, risks, and milestones.&middot; Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and timelines.&middot; Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.&middot; Lead regular project review meetings with teams to discuss project progress, challenges, and risks.&middot; Identify potential risks in project execution and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.&middot; Provide coaching, training, and support to project managers and team members on project management tools and best practices.&middot; Ensure that all projects have appropriate documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project reviews.Qualifications:&middot; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year in an operational or process improvement role.</li><li>Minimum experience of 1 year in business understanding of Drug Launch.</li><li>Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and optimizing project operations.</li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in drug launch planning.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience in drug launch process?</li><li>How soon (days) are you available to join?</li><li>How many years of experience as a PMO for Pharma?</li><li>How many years of experience in pharmaceutical sector?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
