In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience strategy, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform complex requirements into elegant and user friendly solutions.You will play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, and perform. You will have access to learning resources, training opportunities, and industry events to keep your skills up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign System Ownership Maintain and continuously improve our design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms.End to End Product Design Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high fidelity prototypes and final delivery to development teams.Team Leadership Mentor junior and mid level designers, conduct design reviews, and contribute to building a strong design culture.User Research and Testing Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve product outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams and clients to present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.What We Are Looking ForExperience Minimum 6 years of experience in product design or UX UI design with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing real projects, including problem definition, design process, and measurable results.Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and component systems. Familiarity with responsive and mobile first design principles.Communication Skills Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.Mindset Practical and solution oriented.
