1. Material Planning &amp; Control<ul><li>Develop and implement material requirement plans based on production schedules and sales forecasts.</li><li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly material availability to prevent shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Coordinate with the Production and Planning team to align material flow with manufacturing priorities.</li><li>Maintain accurate material master data and update lead times, consumption rates, and reorder points.</li></ul>2. Procurement Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with the Purchase team to ensure timely ordering of raw materials, fittings, hardware, and packaging items.</li><li>Verify material specifications and quality standards before procurement.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in quantity or quality.</li><li>Participate in vendor evaluation and selection to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management<ul><li>Supervise warehouse operations including inward, storage, and issue of materials.</li><li>Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and material traceability.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels through continuous monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system data.</li><li>Monitor handling, storage conditions, and material preservation methods.</li></ul>4. Cost &amp; Efficiency Optimization<ul><li>Analyze material consumption trends and identify opportunities to reduce waste or optimize usage.</li><li>Control non-moving and slow-moving inventory through timely review and clearance actions.</li><li>Support cost-saving initiatives through alternate material sourcing or supplier negotiation.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation for inward, issue, and return of materials.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of purchase orders, GRNs, material requests, and transfer records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory standards.</li></ul>6. Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with Design, Production, and Quality departments for new material introductions or changes.</li><li>Coordinate with Logistics for inbound and outbound material movement.</li><li>Provide material-related MIS reports to management on a regular basis.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
