Job Summary
 We are seeking a Proposal Technical Editor/Writer to support our capture and proposal efforts for government contracts in the aerospace and defense sector. This position may be filled at either the mid-level or senior level based on the selected candidate’s background, experience, and demonstrated capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, experience supporting U.S. government contracts proposal development, and the ability to translate complex engineering and programmatic concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant narrative.
 
Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Develop, edit, and finalize technical content for complex government proposals, including volumes such as Technical Approach, Management, Past Performance, Systems Engineering, and compliance matrices</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with capture teams, proposal managers, and technical SMEs to gather and interpret technical information</li>
<li>Ensure strict compliance with RFI/RFP/RFQ/OTA/IDIQ requirements and evaluation criteria</li>
<li>Organize and maintain proposal documentation, including outlines, compliance matrices, templates, and version control</li>
<li>Support storyboarding, win theme development, and proposal strategy to highlight differentiators and strengthen evaluation positioning</li>
<li>Assist in production and timely submission of complete, high-quality proposals</li>
<li>Lead proposal sections from outline through final delivery, driving structure, clarity, and technical positioning</li>
<li>Mentor mid-level or junior writers, support formal proposal reviews, and contribute to process improvements and best practice development</li>
<li>Manage deadlines, content repositories, and cross-functional coordination for assigned proposal volumes</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 
Required: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Engineering, Science, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in technical writing or proposal development within the aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment, including experience leading proposal sections or major volumes</li>
<li>Familiarity with U.S. government acquisition processes, including FAR/DFARS, OTAs, and FFP contract structures</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information</li>
<li>Proficiency with collaborative proposal tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
Preferred: 
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of satellite systems, spacecraft components, payloads, or space mission operations</li>
<li>Experience contributing to high-value or prime government proposal wins</li>
<li>Familiarity with proposal automation or content management systems</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and content accuracy</li>
<li>Strategic mindset with the ability to shape narratives that resonate with customer priorities</li>
<li>Experience coaching teams, coordinating across disciplines, or driving proposal content strategy</li>

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity compliance and risk management efforts across our ground systems and space vehicle programs. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our security posture, managing system authorizations, and ensuring continued compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) cybersecurity requirements.
 The Senior ISSM will directly supervise a team consisting of networking and cybersecurity professionals. This role requires strategic oversight of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle and ownership of current and future Authority to Operate (ATO) packages for multiple environments. This role will work closely with engineering teams to ensure customer security controls are properly implemented, thoroughly tested, accurately documented, and fully compliant with applicable requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary cybersecurity authority for ground and space-based systems throughout their lifecycle.</li>
<li>Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of RMF packages in accordance with DoD, NIST SP 800-53, and DAAPM requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage ATOs, supporting reauthorization efforts and system updates as mission needs evolve.</li>
<li>Oversee and mentor a team of cybersecurity and IT professionals, ensuring effective execution of technical and compliance responsibilities.</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders, external assessors, and government accrediting authorities.</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments, POA&M management, and vulnerability analysis for both legacy and emerging systems.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with configuration management and change control processes.</li>
<li>Support incident response activities, audit readiness, and continuous monitoring.</li>
<li>Champion cybersecurity awareness and policy adherence across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI security clearance required.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.</li>
<li>8+ years of relevant experience in information assurance or cybersecurity,</li>
<li>Expert understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53 controls, and applicable federal cybersecurity regulations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading ATO efforts in support of classified systems.</li>
<li>Strong technical acumen in network and system security, with the ability to effectively guide a multi-disciplinary technical team.</li>
<li>CISSP required.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience working with space systems, ground segments, or defense programs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with eMASS.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cross-domain solutions, encryption key management, and COMSEC principles.</li>
<li>Experience interfacing with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and SDA.</li>

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT integration, due diligence, and strategic planning related to mergers and acquisitions. You will play a critical role in evaluating, executing, and integrating technology assets to support our company’s growth and strategic initiatives.
 Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Lead assess Information Technology (IT) opportunities and risks in the context of M&A, including integration and separation of platforms, systems, and technology; develop actionable plans and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Evaluate the technology performance of complex organizations, including front-to-back office systems, and develop strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation.</li>
<li>Provide program management (IT integration, IT separation) and strategic planning to support the integration or separation of IT operations during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, especially in areas such as core infrastructure, and risk systems.</li>
<li>Oversee onshore outsourcing of high-cost IT functions, support renegotiation of key vendor contracts (e.g., ERP platforms, cloud services), and identify opportunities to enhance IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Drive the development and presentation of final deliverables, including technology due diligence reports, integration/separation roadmaps, and IT operating model designs.</li>
<li>Support go-to-market strategies, ensure quality delivery of engagements, and eventually build out a team and support development of junior team members.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum five years of recent experience in IT M&A with a proven track record of driving IT transformation.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in leading IT-focused M&A projects with experience in at least two of the following: system integration, platform migration, IT architecture modernization, or regulatory technology implementation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least two of the following: post-merger IT integration, carve-out separation, process reengineering, or IT risk and compliance.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel as need to support M&A efforts as needed.</li>
<li>Self-starter.</li>
<li>100% in office requirement.</li>
