 Scope:
 
 The Real Estate Sales &amp; Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide clients with tailored advisory services.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Lead Management &amp; Client Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Make initial contact with potential clients once leads are received.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage and qualify potential clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange meetings (virtual or in-person) with clients to present investment opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Investment Advisory
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals based on client financial goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment briefings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and monitor client portfolios, ensuring consistent value delivery.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Reporting &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates and client feedback reports to the Investment Advisory Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document all client interactions in CRM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Market &amp; Knowledge Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay updated on Georgian real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain awareness of construction, architectural, and property development aspects to better advise clients.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales (preferable in real estate), or investment advisory
 </li>
 <li>
 Good financial acumen, with knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, and property valuation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.
 </li>

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Collection Agent is responsible for managing client payments, recovering overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system. This role serves as a vital link between the company and clients regarding financial obligations, particularly for delayed payments and monthly installment collection.
 
 
 
 Main Functions &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Update customer information, payment status, and interaction notes in the CRM system
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact clients regularly to collect overdue amounts and monthly installments
 </li>
 <li>
 Send appropriate payment reminders to late-paying customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate payment arrangements for overdue accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify clients of late payments via email and other communication channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team meetings as scheduled
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
