 The Real Estate Sales &amp; Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide clients with tailored advisory services.

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Lead Management &amp; Client Engagement
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Make initial contact with potential clients once leads are received.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage and qualify potential clients.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Arrange meetings (virtual or in-person) with clients to present investment opportunities.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients.
 
 
 
 Investment Advisory
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals based on client financial goals.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment briefings.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Track and monitor client portfolios, ensuring consistent value delivery.
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Coordination
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide regular updates and client feedback reports to the Investment Advisory Manager.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Document all client interactions in CRM systems.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
 
 
 
 Market &amp; Knowledge Development
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay updated on Georgian real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain awareness of construction, architectural, and property development aspects to better advise clients.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales (preferable in real estate), or investment advisory
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good financial acumen, with knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, and property valuation.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages an advantage).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.
