Immediate Hiring We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to handle our social media platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, curate, and edit high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.</li><li>Plan and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos aligned with business goals.</li><li>Manage and optimize company profiles across all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.</li><li>Develop and manage social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and algorithm changes.</li><li>Plan and manage paid social media campaigns</li><li>Optimize ad performance for lead generation and sales conversion.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools</li><li>Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>UAE: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
