We are looking for a ELV - Technician to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance of ELV - (Extra Low Voltage ) System for villa, residential and commercial building projects.Competitive Salary Package: &ndash; 1,300 AED to 3,000 (based on experience and knowledge)Benefit &ndash; ( Company-Provided )Employment visa .2 year , Accommodation , Transportation , Insurance uae low, Leave Salary, Gratuity &amp; Air Ticket (as per UAE labor law)**About UsYou Smart Communication Network LLCWebsite: www.yousmart.aeInstagram : yousmart / @yousmart.aeKey Responsibilities:Installation:<ul><li>CCTV Surveillance Systems:</li></ul>Setting up surveillance cameras, NVR units, and network connectivity for real-time monitoring and recording.<ul><li>Access Control Systems:</li></ul>Installing and configuring biometric readers.<ul><li>PABX Systems:</li></ul>Configuring and integrating telephone exchange systems that handle internal and external communications.<ul><li>Install and configure ELV systems and networking cables.</li></ul>IT Networks: Installing and configuring network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls, along with cabling and wireless access points to create robust and secure IT networks.<ul><li>Gate automation. installation and programming of different kind of sliding and swing door motor and parking barrier.</li><li>Mount and connect devices, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.</li><li>Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.</li><li>Report any system issues or safety concerns to supervisors.</li></ul>Soft skills<ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Work at construction sites, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>UAE: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
