What will you be doing? 

 
As an Associate Center Director, you will work with the Center Director, teachers, and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks &ndash; 12 years.
</li><li>Ensure that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
</li><li>Assist the Center Director with adherence to childcare licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company.
</li><li>Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and goals for annual budgeting.
</li><li>Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.</li>
<li>Serve as a resource and leader to all personnel, striving to create and maintain a professional and motivating work environment.</li>
<li>Review staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents and staff.

Requirements: 

 
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required</li><li>2+ years of childcare or teaching experience preferred</li><li>Demonstrated leadership qualities</li><li>Must be able to function independently within the Microsoft Office suite of products</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized</li><li>Ability to work within regular operating hours</li><li>Must meet state criteria for child care employment</li></ul>
