<ul><li>Not an IT profile</li></ul>Jr. Research Analyst (Equity &amp; Derivatives)This Job role is for research and strategy making in equity and derivatives market.Ahmedabad location Work from Office 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)Timing 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Candidates from Ahmedabad ONLY.Require candidates with - CFA, CMT, CA, MBA(Finance)Job role:&middot; Contributing to equity research on quantitative indicators/models that drive the construction of high frequency trading strategies&middot; Developing trading strategies, from idea generation and data collection to analysis and model creation&middot; Extract predictive signals from financial data through statistical analysis methods&middot; Analyze a large amount of data and develop prediction algorithms/regression models&middot; Formulate and apply mathematical modelling techniques to enhance existing trading strategies and perform innovative new research to identify and capture trading opportunities&middot; Applying analytical and simulation techniques to analyses model performance&middot; Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.Requirements:&middot; A strong academic record with a preference in a quantitative discipline &ndash;mathematics, econometrics, statistics, or a related discipline.&middot; A demonstrated capacity to do first-class research &amp; experience in tackling in-depth research projects.&middot; Strong computer skills and experience working with data.&middot; Understanding in at least some of the following areas: time-series analysis, statistical estimation, scenario analysis, numerical optimization.&middot; A curiosity for model development and experience handling large data sets.&middot; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.&middot; The proactive ability to take the lead on assignments and deliver practical research results in a timely manner.&middot; Creativity, solid analytical skills and attention to detail.&middot; The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;250,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
