Job Location:Vendor Cum Purchase ManagerLocation: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai Designation: Vendor Cum Purchase Manager (Civil &amp; Interior Turnkey Fit-Out) Industry: Commercial, Retail, Co-Working, Data Center, Hospitality Projects Experience Required: 5&ndash;10 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Vendor Cum Purchase Manager to manage procurement and vendor operations for our civil and interior turnkey fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in vendor development, material procurement, negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely deliveries to support our ongoing projects across commercial, retail, co-working, data center, and hospitality sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy Development<ul><li>Analyze project requirements and create detailed procurement plans (materials, quantities, timelines).</li><li>Research, evaluate, and finalize suppliers based on quality, price, delivery capability, and financial strength.</li><li>Develop and implement vendor selection criteria aligned with company standards and project specifications.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Negotiate favorable pricing, credit terms, and contracts.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews on vendor quality, delivery, and compliance.</li><li>Resolve supplier-related issues including quality concerns or delays.</li></ul>Purchase Order Management<ul><li>Review and approve purchase requisitions raised by project/site teams.</li><li>Generate and issue purchase orders with accurate specifications and delivery deadlines.</li><li>Track PO status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate discounts, rate contracts, and volume-based agreements.</li><li>Track procurement budgets and highlight areas for savings without compromising quality.</li></ul>Quality Assurance<ul><li>Implement quality control checks for incoming materials as per project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate inspections and address non-conformance issues with vendors.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Logistics Management<ul><li>Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels at site/warehouse.</li><li>Work with project managers to forecast requirements and plan timely material availability.</li><li>Optimize storage, transportation, and logistics for smooth execution.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal requirements, and audit norms.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports on vendor performance, procurement costs, and risk analysis.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of proven experience in procurement/vendor management in the civil &amp; interior fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil &amp; interior materials, finishes, MEP items, and fit-out standards.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, vendor networking, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and procurement/inventory management software.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, consultants, and vendors.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Send your updated CV to hr@youngstoneprojects.com/ 98677 33682 with the subject line &ldquo;Application &ndash; Vendor Cum Purchase Manager&rdquo;.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;38,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
