Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Replenishment Specialist to maintain a well-stocked and appealing sales floor at our Goodwill store in Austintown, OH. This role is essential in ensuring merchandise is readily available for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to regular attendance.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.</li><li>
Rotate and organize inventory to maintain freshness and variety.</li><li>
Transport sorted and processed items from the backroom to the sales floor.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom.</li><li>
Assist with pricing and tagging merchandise as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to support efficient store operations.</li><li>
Provide friendly customer service when assisting shoppers on the floor.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.</li><li>
No criminal background that would be unsuitable for a retail environment (background check required).</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul>

Schedule &amp; Availability<ul><li>
Part-time position with flexible hours based on store needs. Possibility of full-time hours in the future.</li><li>
Store operates 7 days a week: Monday&ndash;Saturday, 9 AM&ndash;8 PM; Sunday, 12 PM&ndash;5 PM.</li><li>
Must be available to work weekends and evenings as scheduled.</li></ul>
