<div></div><div>As a <b>Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager, </b>your role is Lead, Coach, and Inspire your team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing employees, has a track record of hitting sales and profit goals, and understands and can execute operational tasks at a retail center.</div>

<div></div><ul><li>Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month</li>
<li>Coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.</li>
<li>Develop your team members skills so they can be move up the career ladder at Your Wireless.</li>
<li>Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless.</li>
<li>Ensure all promotional role outs, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by Your Wireless leadership is executed timely and correctly.</li>
<li>Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>At Your Wireless, </b>we require our Verizon Wireless Retail Store Managers have the following skills and experience:</div>
<div></div><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.</li>
<li>Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li>
<li>Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.</li>
<li>Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Be self-motivated and goal oriented.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.</li></ul><br>
