Job DescriptionPosition: Accounts Officer &ndash; TaxationLocation: KarachiExperience: 4&ndash;5 YearsQualification: B.Com / ICMAKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Income Tax and Sales Tax)</li><li>Preparation of tax working papers and supporting documentation</li><li>Drafting responses to tax notices issued for monitoring, audit, and other proceedings</li><li>Handling withholding tax compliance as per regulatory requirements</li><li>Managing employee payroll taxation and statutory compliance</li><li>Maintaining proper tax records and documentation</li><li>Assisting in tax reconciliations and tax compliance reporting</li><li>Coordinating with relevant authorities regarding tax matters when required</li><li>Handling tax notices issued by the FBR and SRB, including matters related to withholding taxes monitoring, filing of statements, quarterly advance income tax and audits.</li><li>Preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax and sales tax (SRB) statements.</li><li>Possessing sound knowledge of withholding tax rules for both income tax and sales tax.
