Position PurposeFocus on furthering the mission and vision of YFCNIN by leading internal and external communications and marketing efforts, developing new and creative strategies to serve YFCNIN communities and stakeholders, overseeing events, and steward brandingRoles &amp; ResponsibilitiesLead, Manage, and Hold Accountable<ul><li>Lead and develop the Communications &amp; Marketing function, providing clarity around expectations and priorities.</li><li>Maintain healthy culture, clear communication rhythms, and accountability for outcomes.</li><li>Serve on YFCNIN&rsquo;s Leadership Team</li><li>Align department work with Leadership Team direction &amp; collaborate with development team.</li></ul>Brand, marketing, and messaging <ul><li>Steward the YFCNIN brand and lead all marketing strategies across platforms.</li><li>Oversee creation of content, campaigns, and storytelling aligned with mission and YFC standards.</li><li>Use data and engagement insights to guide decisions and improve reach and impact.</li></ul>Events <ul><li>Provide strategic direction and desired outcomes for major YFCNIN events.</li><li>Oversee communications and marketing support for event execution.</li><li>Approve themes, budgets, timelines, and final deliverables.</li></ul>Internal communications <ul><li>Ensure clear, consistent communication across departments and ministry teams.</li><li>Maintain internal updates, calendars, messaging systems, and information flow.</li><li>Equip staff with tools and aligned messaging to support clarity.</li></ul>External communications <ul><li>Oversee all outward-facing communication with donors, partners, volunteers, and the community.</li><li>Lead digital, email, website, social, and print communication strategies.</li><li>Ensure timely communication around events, campaigns, and ministry impact.</li><li>Encourage, spur on and resource a feel of momentum, movement, and engagement within the YFCNIN communities pertaining to marketing materials</li></ul>Fundraising ResponsibilitiesAll YFC regular full time employees will be given the opportunity to be involved in the stewardship functions of YFC/USA. These opportunities could include fundraising events, circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, and other opportunities as provided.Spiritual ResponsibilitiesBecause the overriding religious purpose and mission of Youth for Christ USA is to communicate and introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in that regard to make, educate and encourage lifelong disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee in the movement of Youth for Christ be recognized as an associate minister of the Gospel.As an employee of Youth for Christ and a minister of the Gospel, YFC expects all employees to:<ul><li>Seek God&rsquo;s guidance and wisdom, through prayer and meditation, for the organization as a whole as well as for specific ministry initiatives.</li><li>Model empathy, humility and care for all people.
