We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and day-to-day operations. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for social impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.</li><li>Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns, handling logistics, schedules, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on project progress, operational activities, and performance metrics.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration with team members, partners, and volunteers.</li><li>Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure effective resource utilization.</li><li>Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers to support various programs and initiatives.</li><li>Monitor adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks during all operational activities.</li><li>Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution of projects and day-to-day tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;14,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Shiliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
