As a key member of our team, you will deliver personalized, safe, and effective aesthetic services in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.Duties<ul><li>Perform injectable treatments with precision and care.</li><li>Assess patient needs and create personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Educate patients on procedures, pre- and post-care, expected outcomes and potential complications so the patient can make an informed decision.</li><li>Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).</li><li>Completes complimentary consults, assessments of individual needs, and determines the proper amount/dosage based on mutual decision-making between the injector and the patient.</li><li>Responsible for understanding facial anatomy and practicing safe injection techniques.</li><li>Experience administering the following injectable products including neurotoxins, fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, and MICC B12.</li><li>Experience administering and managing weight loss therapy through use of semaglutide and/or tirzepatide injections.</li><li>Experience with the following aesthetic procedures: Sofwave and CO2 laser resurfacing treatment.</li><li>Stay updated on aesthetic trends and techniques through attending local training, industry conferences, and meeting the continuing education requirements driven by State Licensure (NP).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner license.</li><li>At least 2-3 years of clinical experience with a focus on aesthetics.</li><li>Must maintain required licensure and up-to-date training on injection practices.</li><li>Certification and training in aesthetic injectables, this will vary by product.</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and build rapport.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Artistic ability and a keen eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Strong communication skills to explain procedures and manage patient expectations.</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate patient records and follow safety protocols.</li></ul>Why Choose Youthful Beginnings?At Youthful Beginnings, we are more than just a workplace; we are a community dedicated to helping individuals feel and look their best.
