The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities</b></h2><ul>
<li>Act as a constant source of motion design inspiration to the YouTube UX organization.</li>
<li>Partner and consult with feature teams to craft new ideas that deliver on the philosophies and capabilities of the motion language.</li>
<li>Build partnerships with engineering to push the boundaries of how motion can be implemented efficiently and at scale across multiple products.</li>
<li>Own and maintain design, management, and maintenance of motion libraries.</li>
<li>Own and maintain documentation in specs and playbooks.</li>

<li>Leverage your understanding of the broader YouTube ecosystem from Fandom to Studio, Analytics to Marketing to pinpoint and prioritize the insight and learning opportunities that will drive the biggest wins for creators.</li>
<li>Lead the charge in accelerating our ability to experiment and deliver creator value, working with data scientists, product managers, designers, researchers, engineers and partners.</li>
