Job Summary We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer with strong hands-on WordPress implementation skills and experience in CRM integration (like HubSpot) for a website revamp project. This hybrid Designer/Semi-Developer role combines creative design expertise with practical front-end development to deliver an intuitive, responsive, and conversion-focused site. The emphasis is on creating investor-attractive layouts, seamless user experiences, and integrated functionality for lead capture and e-commerce elements in a B2B technical context.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to enhance user flows, navigation, and overall site engagement.</li><li>Implement designs directly in WordPress using modern minimal themes, color pallet, element aminations, customizers, and page builders (e.g., Elementor).</li><li>Develop and customize responsive layouts, ensuring optimal performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.</li><li>Integrate CRM features (like HubSpot), including forms, pop-ups, live chat, and tracking codes, to support lead generation and investor inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project team and stakeholders to translate designs into functional, accessible, and brand-consistent web pages.</li><li>Incorporate e-commerce elements (e.g., product showcases, secure checkout flows) and optimize for usability and conversions.</li><li>Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs during the project lifecycle.</li><li>Should have access to all tools required for design and development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with web standards, including WCAG accessibility guidelines and core web vitals for performance.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with direct WordPress implementation (custom themes, plugins, and responsive builds).</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, paired with strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid and Sass), and basic JavaScript.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress development: theme customization, child themes, plugin configuration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in CRM (like HubSpot) integration (embedding forms, CTAs, analytics tracking, and workflow automation).</li><li>Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and site speed optimization.</li><li>Excellent visual design sense with attention to typography, color theory, and layout composition for technical/B2B audiences.</li><li>Strong communication skills for presenting concepts, justifying design decisions, and collaborating in an agile project environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Background in designing and implementing sites for technical or scientific industries, including data-heavy pages (e.g., tables from product specs) and investor-focused sections.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce plugins (e.g., WooCommerce) and SEO best practices during design/implementation.</li><li>Experience with additional integrations like Google Analytics, payment gateways, or custom APIs to enhance functionality.</li></ul>Earning Range<ul><li>Between 45K to 65K PKR depending on experience.</li></ul>On-Going Engagement:<ul><li>Depending on performance you may be give more projects and or on-going retainer as well.</li></ul>This role is ideal for a proactive designer who enjoys bridging creative vision with technical execution, perfect for delivering a polished, high-performing site within a focused project timeline.Job Type: Contract Contract length: 1 monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can Start immediately (Yes/No)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
