 We&rsquo;re looking for a Junior Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creativity and culture to join our Global Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer ready to grow their career while working on a wide range of brand and campaign work.
 
 
 Reporting to the Global Brand Creative Director, you&rsquo;ll support the development of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, social and digital content, in-store materials, and more. You'll collaborate closely with creatives and cross-functional teams to bring the Pizza Hut brand to life through compelling and on-brand design.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the design and execution of creative assets across digital, social, print, in-store, and other brand touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with senior creatives to develop brand and campaign visuals that are aligned with strategic goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate creative concepts into polished visual executions under guidance from art directors and creative leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of cultural trends and platform best practices to bring fresh thinking to everyday work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare production-ready files and work with vendors or production partners as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain and evolve brand systems and templates for global consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and team critiques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate design choices clearly and thoughtfully within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines with support from project leads.
 </li>

 Continuously grow your design skills and technical knowledge through hands-on work and team mentorship.

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a brand or agency setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to feedback, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a global brand environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with production processes and file prep for print and digital assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and communication skills.

 Salary Range:
 
 $63,300 to $66,960 annually + bonus eligibility.
 
 
 This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate&rsquo;s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

 Leverage understanding of statistical techniques and hypothesis development to design tests/ experiments, analyze data, draw conclusions with actionable recommendations to help Yum! it's Brands &amp; Franchisees, and external Fortune 100 companies with data driven decision making.

 Understand the outcomes of complex MMM and attribution models (AI/machine learning) to support Yum! And external stakeholders along with their media agencies in building strategic media plans.
 </li>

 Build powerful brand story using models with business &amp; technology context, latest marketing activities in real-world.

 Generate predictive models and optimization scenarios to support budget planning.

 Key Skills

 Master&rsquo;s degree with 3+ years of experience in business analytics OR bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 4.5+ years of management consulting experience with top tier companies.

 Good understanding of the statistical models &amp; variables typically used in marketing, customer, category, and/or pricing analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tell a data informed story leveraging MS Power point.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data leveraging various tools - MS Excel, SQL, and/or Python
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
