Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work quality, maintain safety standards, and coordinate between management, subcontractors, and workers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.</li><li>Manage and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.</li><li>Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
