JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer with 8 years of experience in visual design. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop compelling graphics for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing designs that effectively convey messages and brand identity.</li><li>Design and maintain corporate branding, including logos, presentations, and promotional materials.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.</li><li>Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Any Degree.</li><li>8 years of professional experience in graphic design.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
