 About The Role
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 We are looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer who can work seamlessly with AI-generated videos, audio, and graphics to produce fast, high-quality short-form content
 </li>
 <li>
 Your primary task will be to create 10-15 reels/short-form videos every day, using both motion design skills and AI-powered creative tools
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create daily short-form content (reels, YouTube Shorts, ads)
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI video, audio, and image generation tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Google VEO, ElevenLabs, etc.) to produce quick-turnaround assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and assemble footage, transitions, typography, overlays, and visual effects
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize content for different platforms and aspect ratios
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage deadlines and deliver high-volume output without compromising quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with the latest AI + motion design trends, workflows, and tools
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: Degree/Diploma/Certification in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with AI-based generation tools (video, voice, imagery)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of pacing, timing, transitions, and storytelling for short-form content
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio showcasing reels, social videos, or AI-led creative work
