Job OverviewZ Med Spa is seeking an energetic, professional, and detail-oriented Med Spa Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the welcoming face of our med spa, you will play a vital role in daily operations while creating a warm, positive, and professional environment for every client. This is a paid position offering growth opportunities within the wellness and aesthetics industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional first impression</li><li>Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and treatment options</li><li>Assist with Botox parties and other events when needed</li><li>Manage retail sales, including upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue</li><li>Accurately handle POS transactions, including cash and credit card processing</li><li>Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked</li><li>Conduct inventory checks, restock products, and support merchandising efforts</li><li>Provide assistance during treatments, product demonstrations, and promotional events</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments and responding to client inquiries</li><li>Call and text clients to confirm upcoming appointments</li><li>Conduct daily outreach calls to inactive or returning clients to re-engage and support scheduling</li><li>Support supervising staff with daily operations</li><li>Take before-and-after photos of med spa clients in compliance with clinic standards</li><li>Assist with blood withdrawal for PRP procedures (as trained and permitted)</li><li>Assist with pre-drawing medications for injectors under proper supervision</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized med spa treatment environment</li><li>Assist in numbing clients&rsquo; faces prior to med spa procedures</li></ul>*Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or the beauty/aesthetics industry preferred</li><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly required to serve our diverse clientele</li><li>Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions</li><li>Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills required</li><li>Background in upselling, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering preferred</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Must present a professional appearance and attire suitable for a high-end med spa setting</li></ul>Why Join Z Med Spa?At Z Med Spa, your enthusiasm and dedication directly contribute to outstanding client experiences.
