Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and MOHRE-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the end-to-end recruitment process &mdash; from job postings and screening to onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate all MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, and RTA-related HR procedures (labor contracts, visas, renewals, cancellations, etc.).</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with PRO and government portals for labor approvals and work permits.</li><li>Provide guidance to management and staff on HR issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of HR experience in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, and RTA systems and procedures.</li><li>Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.</li></ul>Send your CV on : hiring@zpluslimo.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per month
