Job Title: Personal Assistant to Vastu ConsultantLocation: Patto, Panjim Work Type: Full-time (On-site) Experience Level: 1&ndash;3 years preferredAbout the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support a leading Consultantcy Firm in managing daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, and skilled in client communication, digital tools, and multitasking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth.</li><li>Convert leads from Justdial, Google, and Instagram into confirmed clients.</li><li>Assist in client negotiations and ensure timely follow-up on deals and payments.</li><li>Manage payment handling and maintain accurate transaction records.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain the CEO&rsquo;s schedule, appointments, and travel plans.</li><li>Accompany the CEO for site visits and client meetings when required.</li><li>Occassionally prepare documents, reports, and creative materials using Excel, Word, and Canva.</li><li>Collect client testimonials and reviews after consultations.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Support in administrative and operational tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Canva.</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.</li><li>Comfortable with on-site visits and client-facing work.</li><li>No leaves for the first 6 months (training and probation period).</li><li>Flexible with working hours based on client schedules.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Base salary + incentives based on sales performance.</li><li>Opportunity to grow and work closely with a reputed Consultant.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>Konkani (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
