We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative Senior Web UX/UI Designer to elevate our digital experience and help shape the future of our e-commerce presence. In this role, you&rsquo;ll partner with E-Commerce, Marketing, Creative, and Development teams to create seamless, high-converting user experiences that reflect and amplify our brand. A passion for women&rsquo;s apparel, shopping behaviors, and industry trends is essential. Your understanding of our customer&rsquo;s mindset will help shape thoughtful, relevant, and trend-aware site experiences.

POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Lead UX/UI strategy for Z SUPPLY&rsquo;s e-commerce platforms, balancing performance, brand storytelling, and customer-centric design.</li><li>
Own the end-to-end design process: from concept development and wireframing to final UI and handoff.</li><li>
Design and optimize engaging, responsive experiences across web and mobile that drive engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, and Development teams to align design with business goals.</li><li>
Leverage user research, A/B testing, analytics, and heatmaps to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on solutions.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency and scalable design practices.</li><li>
Partner with CRO Manager to develop and test hypotheses aimed at improving user experience and business KPIs.</li><li>
Ensure accessibility, usability, and best practices are incorporated into every design.</li><li>
Work hands-on with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and a smooth handoff process.</li><li>
Use tools like Asana to manage design workflows, track timelines, and meet project deadlines.</li><li>
Stay ahead of UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
7-10+ years of UX/UI and digital design experience, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and women&rsquo;s apparel required.</li><li>
Expertise in Figma is required.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Adobe XD, and Asana. Video editing and/or hand illustration skills are a plus.</li><li>
Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, strong UI design, and a deep understanding of UX best practices.</li><li>
Ability to identify user needs, anticipate behavior, and translate findings into seamless, intuitive design solutions.</li><li>
Strong visual design sensibility, including typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and composition.</li><li>
Understanding of how UX design impacts KPIs: bounce rate, conversion rate, engagement, and retention.</li><li>
A self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.</li></ul> 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is currently operating as 3-4 days in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or at home office. Frequent use of hands, eyes, speech utilizing computer and work-related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity.

Position Salary Range $125,000 &ndash; $150,000 Annually
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate&rsquo;s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
