Alder Law is seeking a Pre-Litigation Lien Negotiator to join our dynamic personal injury team. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to help clients maximize their settlements. You&rsquo;ll work directly with the Head of the Lien Department, supporting all aspects of post-settlement lien resolution to ensure clients receive the best possible financial outcome.We&rsquo;re looking for a team player who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential client matters with professionalism and care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Lien Department in managing all lien resolution tasks.</li><li>Serve as a client liaison after case resolution, addressing questions and guiding them through the post-settlement process.</li><li>Track, verify, and organize outstanding medical liens, bills, and related case costs.</li><li>Collaborate with the department head to review balances and prepare settlement action plans.</li><li>Support in negotiating lien reductions with providers and third-party payers under supervision.</li><li>Maintain detailed disbursement spreadsheets showing fees, costs, liens, and client net recovery.</li><li>Prepare client closing documents and disbursement statements.</li><li>Communicate with medical providers to confirm updated balances and request lien reductions.</li><li>Assist in issuing payments to providers and distributing settlement checks to clients.</li><li>Keep case information up to date in Filevine.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and firm confidentiality policies.</li><li>Follow workplace safety and cybersecurity protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 &ndash; $25.00, based on experience.</li><li>Paid time off and sick leave.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>401(k) retirement plan.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.</li><li>Fun team environment with company events and celebrations.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li></ul>ScheduleFull-time: Monday &ndash; Friday Core Hours: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-timePay: $26.10 - $31.43 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We prioritize client care, ensuring they receive maximum compensation and proper support while navigating the legal system.About the Role: We seek an experienced, organized, and proactive Case Manager to support our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department.
