 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Commercial Procurement Account Manager/Sr.is responsible for purchasing all company's commercial requirements and handling communications with suppliers and internal requests.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end procurement activities (RFQs, POs, tenders, evaluations)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support commercial procurement across various categories
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, summaries, and updates on procurement KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and evaluate contracts and vendor offers
 </li>

 Execute procurement decisions while ensuring alignment with policies

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that all invoice requests are in compliance with policies and procedures, complying with local financial legal requirements.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Lead the preparation of the month end closing process, follow up, reconciliate with other departments regarding payment and accruals to ensure timely month end closing

 Ensure and review original invoices, check requests along with the proper authorized approval of the payment requests as per the authority Matrix &amp; Applying prepayment invoices

 Ensure matching of POs with the correct expense accounts as per the nature of expenses (product or services nature) making sure all supporting document is attached such as a contract, certificates, &amp; reports

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The CRM Junior is responsible for supporting the CRM Senior in CRM implementations (collaboration, review and approval), acting as technical testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle. Performing support functions for applications post-implementation (past go-live). Supporting and maintaining systems and applications under CRM to achieve Zain's goals of customer satisfaction and speed to market.

 Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and CRM applications, collaborate with the vendor on the development and documentation of technical requirements for solutions to develop design documents based on agreed upon requirements
