 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Postpaid Offer Configuration supports the development and configuration of attractive and data-driven offers across Postpaid segments. Working closely with analytics, marketing, and technical teams, the analyst contributes to offer planning, documentation, and execution across B2C channels. This role is focused on ensuring timely, efficient, and insight-driven offer delivery that aligns with commercial goals.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the first line of support for CVM offer configuration, banner setup, and digital ads, resolving issues or escalating as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign and offer launches
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in planning, configuring, and documenting new offers, including drafting high-level technical requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate monthly CVM-related reports for the CVM, digital, and analytics director
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective coordination across teams when launching new CVM initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize tasks based on commercial value, strategic alignment, and customer impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with customer base segmentation analysis to identify micro-segment targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Research market trends (loyalty, retention, churn, etc.) to inform CVM strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract and analyze internal and external data to uncover trends, behavioral shifts, and performance evolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and deploy predictive models to support business objectives, including churn prediction, upsell propensity, and offer personalization
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop customer profiles and segmentation models to improve targeting accuracy across products, channels, and lifecycle stages
 </li>
 <li>
 Build internal and external use cases such as market benchmarking, penetration analysis, and data monetization solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business challenges (e.g., stagnant penetration rates, low conversion) into data-driven solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with commercial and marketing teams to define relevant segments and optimize campaign strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of real-time decisioning tools that enhance personalization and improve customer engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in offer sizing, profitability analysis, and feasibility studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain offer documentation and support materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with marketing teams to incorporate customer behavior and market insights into campaign design
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report on operational and financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with set targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies as mandated by statutory bodies and Zain Group
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 Prepaid Segments supports in the development and execution of commercially attractive, above the line, Prepaid voice and broadband acquisitions products, services and campaigns that cater to the consumer segment. The Prepaid Analyst aids in the definition of the strategy, analyzes trends and customer preferences, and often leads the documentation effort concerning concept papers, value propositions, product specifications. Additionally, the Prepaid Analyst will be required to coordinate with various stakeholders across Zain to help ensure the consistent and timely production of initiatives
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the development and documentation of product designs, concept papers, and lend support to product production throughout the pipeline (marcom, technical, sales agent trainings, etc.) communicate in- depth business requirements to technical teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with relevant stakeholders including internal Marketing (Budgeting, Planning, and Customer Insights and CVM, Marcom functions etc.) as well Non-Marketing departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales etc.) to help ensure successful and timely product launches

 <li>
 Conduct post launch analysis to verify the profitability of launched product and services, identify threats and opportunities, and provide recommendations accordingly.

 Research industry trends to identify and respond to developments relevant to Zain
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark international markets with regard to ATL Prepaid products, services and customer requirements, derive learnings for Zain and report to Segment management to support the generation of initiative ideas

 Liaise with marketing functions (Budgeting, Planning and Customer Insights) to develop deeper understanding of acquisition trends and behavior, as well as competition developments in order support the development of customer value propositions for new acquisition related offerings, promotions and campaigns

 Verify and health check outputs from Business Intelligence team based on knowledge of the business and available sources.

 Support in the market sizing of potential opportunity for new products, via value proposition and business case presented by Segments and CVM teams

 Monitor operational and financial KPIs by conducting daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports, and ensure targets are met, provide regular reporting to management

 Analyze recorded performance based on KPIs and provide actionable insights

 Assist in taking an active role in supporting the Operational Marketing Director in identifying and overseeing new business partnership opportunities and value-add creations to add to the Zain Portfolio

 Ensure close coordination with Sales / Care / Digital departments and ensure ambitious product &amp; service levels are achieved / enhanced for the postpaid segment
