Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorCompany: Zajil-JO LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob Summary: Zajil-JO LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the company&rsquo;s supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining efficient communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from order placement to final delivery</li><li>Arrange transportation, including land, sea, and air shipments</li><li>Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations</li><li>Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents</li><li>Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities</li><li>Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs</li><li>Support warehouse operations when required</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (2&ndash;4 years preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation</li><li>Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of the Qatar market and local regulations is an advantage</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Time management</li><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Customer service orientation</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
