ZakApps specializes and executes projects involving latest technologies, and is focused on staying ahead with the path-defining technology solutions.Website: www.zakapps.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/zakappsJob Description :Key Responsibilities &#9679; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. &#9679; Create comprehensive Use Cases, User Stories, SRS/BRDs. &#9679; Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams to visualize requirements and processes. &#9679; Conduct functional, API, and integration testing for system validation. &#9679; Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support decision-making. &#9679; Use MS Excel to build reports, perform analysis, and summarize insights. &#9679; Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution. &#9679; Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements. &#9679; Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups. &#9679; Prepare user manuals, training materials, and support UAT activities. &#9679; Maintain proper documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications &#9679; Have experience as a Business Analyst in a software/product-based environment. &#9679; Strong experience in writing Use Cases, SRS, and BRDs. &#9679; Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations). &#9679; Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.). &#9679; Practical experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.). &#9679; Experience in integration/system testing with knowledge of RESTful APIs. &#9679; Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio for flow diagrams. &#9679; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. &#9679; Highly organized, confident, positive, and self-driven. &#9679; Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and problem-solving.Thanks&amp;RegradsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;369,451.08 - &#8377;1,449,097.33 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
