Zakat Foundation of America is looking for qualified Trainors to teach students IT skills in its skill center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&amp;K.</p><br>

<p><b>
Trainer </b><b>(Male/Female)</b></p>
<p>
The Trainer will deliver structured training in digital skills, creative domains, and freelancing for youth enrolled in the program. The role includes curriculum-based teaching, practical demonstrations, portfolio building, mentorship, assessments, and guiding participants to become active earners on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct training sessions on topics such as AI, freelancing (Fiverr, Upwork), Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe tools), Video Editing, WordPress Development and Social Media Marketing.</li>
<li>Deliver lessons through structured curriculum, hands-on exercises, and practical projects.</li>
<li>Mentor trainees on building competitive portfolios and freelancing profiles.</li>
<li>Guide students on market trends, client management, and earning strategies.</li>
<li>Provide personalized coaching to help youth secure their first online jobs.</li>
<li>Maintain complete training records including attendance, scores, and assignment logs.</li>
<li>Submit weekly progress updates including training records such as attendance, scores, and assignment logs to the Project Coordinator.</li>
<li>Support trainees facing technical challenges with software, platforms, or tools.</li>
<li>Participate in orientation sessions, awareness workshops, and certificate ceremonies.</li>
<li>Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment, especially for female participants.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or freelancing.</li>
<li>Practical experience working on freelancing platforms (Fiverr/Upwork) is mandatory.</li>
<li>Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, WordPress website development, social media marketing tools, strong communication and facilitation skills.</li>
<li>Relevant professional certification is an advantage.</li></ul></div><p></p>

Zakat Foundation of America is looking for qualified individual to manage its skill center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&amp;K.</p>
<p><b>
Project Coordinator (Male/Female)</b></p>
<p>
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the Skill Training Center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&amp;K. This includes supervising trainers, managing training schedules, coordinating beneficiary engagement, monitoring progress, ensuring quality delivery, and serving as the primary liaison between the community, partner organizations, and ZFA Pakistan Office.</p>
<p>
 <b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead daily operations of the IT Training Center and ensure smooth implementation of all project activities.</li>
<li>Develop and manage training schedules, batch planning, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Ensure the computer labs, equipment, and learning environment remain functional and well-maintained.</li>
<li>Engage parents, youth groups, and community leaders to ensure high participation, especially of women.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, training progress, assessments, and learning outcomes of trainees.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records for all batches (attendance sheets, assessment scores, portfolios, and progress reports).</li>
<li>Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to ZFA management.</li>
<li>Coordinate with head office ZFA on daily and weekly basis and update management about the project progress.</li>
<li>Support procurement, inventory management, and logistical arrangements when needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualification:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, IT or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, community development, training programs or youth skill development projects.</li>
<li>Strong communication, team management, and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, basic understanding of digital skills and freelancing platforms is an advantage.</li></ul></div><p></p>
