We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer with prior HR experience in the UAE. The role focuses on proactively managing daily HR activities while ensuring alignment with company policies and UAE labor laws and market practices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.</li><li>Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple channels (job portals, social media, and internal platforms), with a strong understanding of the UAE recruitment landscape.</li><li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to maintain high hiring standards.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s reputation as an employer of choice by showcasing culture and values during recruitment interactions.</li><li>Support the operational activities including letter management, attendance and leave management, payroll support, and other delegated tasks.</li><li>Manage visa and immigration processes including renewals, cancellations, and related formalities.</li><li>Handle employee medical insurance administrations such as additions, deletions, renewal coordination, and claim support.</li><li>Conduct HR risk assessments and implement measures to minimise people-related and compliance risks</li><li>Address employee queries and ensure timely and professional resolution.</li><li>Manage employee grievances by conducting fair investigations and recommending corrective measures.</li><li>Suggest and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.</li><li>Oversee performance management cycles, support managers with improvement plans, and track performance outcomes.</li><li>Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and data sets to support decision-making.</li><li>Develop new HR templates, forms, and process documents to enhance efficiency and standardisation.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage end-of-employment procedures including termination documentation, exit interviews, visa cancellation, and final settlements.</li><li>Update daily task trackers, maintain daily HR logs, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities to the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure all HR activities are carried out in full compliance with company policies, UAE Labour Laws, and applicable regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the UAE preferred.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE job portals (e.g., Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn) and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple open roles with efficiency and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 per month
