Your contributions will help drive business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full Stack Development: Build, optimise, and maintain robust web applications and websites using PHP, WordPress, and related technologies.</li><li>Front-End Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js.</li><li>Back-End Development: Develop scalable server-side logic and APIs, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems.</li><li>WordPress Expertise: Develop plugins, and core functionalities to meet unique project requirements, integrating with API&rsquo;s and other systems.</li><li>Code Review: Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of code by reviewing and testing contributions from other developers.</li><li>Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.</li><li>Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into technical solutions that exceed expectations.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on UK experience in full stack development</li><li>Strong proficiency with PHP (Laravel and wordpress) and Python</li><li>Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li><li>Experience building and consuming REST APIs</li><li>Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js</li><li>DevOps experience managing live services</li><li>Solid understanding of Linux server administration and cloud hosting</li><li>Comfortable with databases and writing SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities</li><li>A pragmatic can-do mindset with a passion for quality, security, and performance</li><li>Must be based in Northeast of England</li></ul>Bonus Points For:<ul><li>Experience with Metabase, Highcharts, or data visualisation tools</li><li>Drupal</li><li>Familiarity with managing backups, SSL, and performance monitoring</li><li>Interest in AI tooling and workflow automation</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services like Digital Ocean, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>Python</li></ul>Why Join Us?
