We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website content, manage our search engine strategy, and help grow our organic search presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.</li><li>Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities based on trends and analytics.</li><li>Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, headings, alt text, and structured data.</li><li>Audit websites for technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.</li><li>Optimize content for search engines and collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.</li><li>Track, report, and present SEO performance and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.</li><li>Experience with website analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.</li><li>Basic knowledge of paid search (PPC) is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).</li><li>Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
