Job Description:&middot;Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation, and deliveries to meet customer and operational requirements with minimal delays.&middot;Oversee dispatching, routing, and GPS tracking of drivers, monitoring vehicle and driver status to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries.&middot;Prepare, review, and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, waybills, and related records.&middot;Monitor and control transportation and logistics-related costs, reviewing routes, freight charges, and resource utilization to optimize budgets.&middot;Ensure all company vehicles are maintained at optimal operational and safety standards, including inspections, registration renewals, permits, and regulatory compliance.&middot;Coordinate with third-party transporters, suppliers, and service providers to fulfill operational, technical, and legal requirements.&middot;Streamline logistics and transportation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.&middot;Maintain active communication with customers regarding deliveries, service schedules, and technical updates, ensuring service quality meets company standards.&middot;Manage driver-related administrative requirements, including authorization letters, cash advances, payments, and trip expense records.&middot;Support internal teams by coordinating logistics operational requirements, particularly during peak periods or service surges.&middot;Take proactive measures to prevent service delays, operational disruptions, and quality or compliance issues.Additional Works:&middot;Plan, manage, and dispatch the Biomedical Engineering team across the UAE for service calls, preventive maintenance (PPMs), installations, and corrective maintenance based on customer availability and service priorities.&middot;Handle biomedical-related quotations, tenders, and major client or supplier communications, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and logistical requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
