With production experience in Furniture industry to join our expanding team.<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of materials to support production needs.</li><li>Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documenting progress and any issues for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FITOUT and joinery industry in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and tools.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fit out supervisor: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving license (Required)</li></ul>
