 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will do on a day to day basis
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and products presentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports and meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of company standard sales process and procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and train sub-ordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to sell Zeal's online trading platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise actions of Account Executives within his/her department
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on CRM records and make sure it is always updated
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions targeting the retail segment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure sales team is meeting call numbers and KPI's on daily, monthly, quarterly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer records
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent company in areas of public relations like expos, company events, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist CS team in maintaining KYC documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and ensure compliance of all sub-ordinates
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure sales team is achieving sales targets including:
 </li>
 <li>
 No. of Accounts (Lead to Account)
 </li>
 <li>
 No. of Funded Accounts (FTD)
 </li>
 <li>
 Gross Deposits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Client Satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 No. of daily calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality of calls.

 What We Expect From You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Work Experience Requirement: 5 year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department
 </li>
 <li>
 3 years of proven record experience in a leadership position managing sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement:
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Financial markets knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities. Skills &amp; Competencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Selling Skills
