 This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated Dentist to step into a newer, well-equipped office with a growing patient base and strong support team. The practice is seeking a confident clinician to assume care for an existing patient base due to the current doctor being on medical leave.
 
 
 
 Position Details
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Location: Erie, CO
 </li>
 <li>
 Position Type: Full Time only (4 days per week; 2 Saturdays per month)
 </li>
 <li>
 Facility: Office &ndash; less than one year old
 </li>
 <li>
 Operatories: 6&ndash;8 operatories in a modern, digital environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Team: 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants (no hygienist currently)
 </li>
 <li>
 Technology: Denticon practice management software
 </li>
 <li>
 Patient Base: Primarily adults with a growing family segment
 </li>
 <li>
 Payor Mix: Primarily PPO and private insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry including Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Endo, Extractions, and Implants
 </li>
 <li>
 Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine
 </li>
 <li>
 Reason for Need: Current doctor on medical leave and likely unable to return
 
 
 </li>

 Compensation &amp; Benefits

 Daily guarantee for the first 6 months or percentage of production (whichever is higher)

 Top producing Dentist earnings: $500K&ndash;$800K+ annually
 </li>

 Average monthly production: $80K&ndash;$250K

 Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
