Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Document Controller to support administrative and documentation operations within our transport company in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in both verbal and written communication. Experience in handling transport-related documents will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and control company documents, including vehicle records, permits, and transport-related documentation</li><li>Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and version control</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)</li><li>Monitor vehicle registration, permits, insurance, and related compliance documents</li><li>Draft professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications</li><li>Coordinate with drivers, operations team, and management</li><li>Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally</li><li>Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and other administrative documents</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and organized record-keeping systems</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in an administrative or document control role</li><li>Experience in transport/logistics industry is an advantage</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Fluent in verbal and written communication</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Office-based role located in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi</li><li>Candidates must be willing to relocate to Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi if not currently residing in the area</li><li>Fast-paced transport operations environment</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use</li><li>May require occasional overtime depending on operational needs</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: AED 1,400 &ndash; AED 1,800 (based on experience)</li><li>Food provided by the company</li><li>Accommodation provided by the company</li><li>Annual leave as per UAE labor law</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
