Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution across planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and on-site coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding of project workflows, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of project milestones.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing project activities in alignment with project timelines and deliverables.Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, minutes of meetings, and action trackers.Coordinate with internal departments such as design, procurement, production, and quality to ensure seamless project flow.Monitor project progress and escalate delays, risks, or technical issues for immediate resolution.Track material requirements, vendor submissions, and site readiness to support timely execution.Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Support site teams with deployment schedules, installation updates, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Maintain project dashboards, documentation logs, and reporting systems.Assist in preparing technical submittals, drawings, BOQs, and other project-related documents, as required.Ensure all project documentation is archived and closed out accurately after project completion.Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1&ndash;3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strict timelines.Preferred Skills:Experience working in technical, engineering, laboratory, or manufacturing-related projects (as applicable).Familiarity with drawings, layouts, project specifications, and compliance requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interested Candidates share resume at hr@zebalabs.comContact Number: 9895154033Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
